You can create a link to a directory with help "ln" software.

Examples

Symbolic or soft link (files or directories, more flexible and self documenting):

ln -s /home/user/source /home/user/link

Hard link (files only, less flexible and not self documenting):

ln /home/user/source /home/user/link
For getting more information type "man ln" in console/terminal.
