I'd like to see double sided shading of single sided geometry in Substance Painter (SP). Sometimes you have singlesided polys and would like to see them from both sides even when they show the same texture. Sounds like a trivial feature to implement, but I don't know how do it. How to show double sided shading in Substance Painter?

substance painter double sided
double sided shading substance painter

You can get double sided shading in Substance Painter simply by switching your shader to pbr-metal-rough-with-alpha-test. If you choose the alpha-test shader in your viewer settings, you will have opacity and double sided rendering.
