To enable WebGL technology for online renderer in Chrome web browser do next simple steps:

  1. Go to: System Settings (Settings (chrome://settings/) → Advanced → System) and make sure option Use hardware acceleration when available is enabled.
  2. Go to: chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blacklist and enable the Override software rendering list flag.

Not forget restart web browser after make changes.

If you go to WebGL Report and see message "This browser supports WebGL" and "SwiftShader" listed as the renderer, the steps above should solve the problem.
